By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

3. Description of Service

Unbind is a wellness application designed to help users release inner tension and emotional pressure through somatic-based exercises. The App provides:

• Guided release flows
• Morning and evening check-in routines
• Daily reflections ("Seeds")
• Progress tracking
• A structured 4-week journey program

4. Important Health Disclaimer

The App:

• Does NOT provide medical advice
• Does NOT provide mental health treatment
• Does NOT diagnose or treat any condition
• Is NOT a replacement for therapy, counseling, or psychiatric care

If you are experiencing mental health issues, emotional distress, or any medical condition, please consult a qualified healthcare professional. If you are in crisis or experiencing thoughts of self-harm, please contact emergency services or a crisis helpline immediately.

By using the App, you acknowledge that:

• You are using the App at your own risk
• The techniques provided are for general wellness only
• You should seek professional help for any medical or mental health concerns

5. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age. If you are under 18, you should review these Terms with a parent or guardian.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

6.1 Subscription Options

Unbind may offer subscription-based premium features ("Unbind Premium"). Subscription options and pricing will be displayed in the App.

6.2 Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. By subscribing, you agree to Apple's terms and conditions for in-app purchases. We do not collect or store your payment information.

6.3 Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period for Unbind Premium. At the end of the trial, you will be automatically charged unless you cancel before the trial ends.

6.4 Billing

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually)
• Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period

6.5 Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access to premium features until then.

6.6 Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Apple according to their refund policy. We cannot process refunds directly. Please contact Apple Support for refund inquiries.

7. User Conduct

By using the App, you agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Use the App in any way that could damage or impair it
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Ownership

The App, including all content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, and software), is owned by MediaVikings and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

8.3 Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content
• Use the App's content for commercial purposes
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
• Create derivative works based on the App

9. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at unbind-app.com/privacy. Please review the Privacy Policy to understand how we handle your information.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY
• FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
• NON-INFRINGEMENT

We do not warrant that:

• The App will meet your requirements
• The App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from using the App will be accurate or reliable

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MEDIAVIKINGS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Any loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill
• Any damages arising from your use or inability to use the App
• Any damages arising from any content or conduct of third parties

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST TWELVE (12) MONTHS, OR €50, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MediaVikings and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights

13. Modifications to the App and Terms

13.1 App Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part thereof) at any time without notice.

13.2 Terms Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms in the App and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Denmark.

For EU consumers: You may also have rights under the laws of your country of residence, and nothing in these Terms affects those rights.

16. Dispute Resolution

Before filing a claim, you agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at jgh@mediavikings.dk. We will attempt to resolve the dispute within 30 days.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and MediaVikings regarding the App and supersede any prior agreements.

19. Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
